My question is which nisab to follow for zakat. Some scholars say silver because it’s Lower and some say gold. Would it matter if I choose either? Also would it be a sin if I pay more then 2.5 percent just to be “safe”.

ANSWER: For zakat on cash you need to follow nisab of 595 grams of silver.

my father said that he can’t able to make dua behind the imam since the time is very less.usually my father use to make dua ayleast 10 to 15 minites.the imam gives tasleem before he complete his full dua.what is the ruling for making dua in thashahud behind the imam.i hope u understand my question.

One of my brother has child birth in every years in month Ramadan she can’t fast because of feeding her child so how can she fast. Three years she didn’t fast

ANSWER: You must not cut ties of kinship with them. You should at least give them Salam whenever you meet and keep the conversation limited to phone calls once in a while, presuming these are mahram relatives.

I have a question about reading Quran in Ramadan: what should the priority be? 1( reading Quran with translation and thus maybe not finishing the recitation during the month or 2) finishing reading entire Quran although maybe not having time to read translations/ not finishing reading the translations ?

ANSWER: It seems that both are good. Reciting the Quran while understanding its meaning (quality) is like giving a big valuable jewel in charity. Reciting it without understanding the meaning but covering a lot of it (quantity) is like giving a lot of small coins in charity.
