We live in Jedda.My daughter Went into ihraam in Jedda WITHOUT condition as I forgot to inform her about it.Got to hotel in makka she started her menses which usually last 10days.We were adviced that she can remove her from the state of ihraam and there is no blame on her.No penalty applies due to her NOT being aware of having to had stipulated a condition attached to her niyyah. Is this correct.

ANSWER: No, this is not correct and totally baseless. She must remain in her state of Ihram until she is pure, have ghusul and then go back and make her Umrah without a new Ihram as she is already in Ihram.

A person asked me a question regarding why Allah created us if he new we would end up in heaven or hell. I gave the answer Allah does not decree it before but rather based on their deeds.They asked me that ournt our deeds also based on allah’s decree. I answered that it is based on how we choose right and wrong. Is this correct or have I answered anything wrong.

Is it better for a woman to pray in her hotel room rather than taking part in the congregation in haram while going for umrah/hajj as for a woman praying in her inner room is better.also same with tarawih.doing it in the hotel room is better than congregation???

Nowadays it’s said that listening to Surah Rahman…especially Qari …… Surah Rahman recititaion cures depression and even cancer..people say there has been scientific research on this…kindly tell me if this Surah can be used as a cure as the the whole Quran is healing …jazaakAllahukhairan

Sheikh do i have to pray everytime I enter the mosque ….. suppose I have to pray 2 rakat sunnah of fajr then first I have to pray 2 rakat tahyatul masjid and then 2 sunnah?

ANSWER: The hadeeth is authentic, but this doesn’t mean to celebrate this day.

One of my friend is asking me to invest 5 lac in his currency exchange and he will pay me 7-8 thousand during peak business months and 5-6 thousand during normal business months, whenever required I can take back my amount. Please advise is it permissible?

My question is if one is praying individually can he recite more than one surah after surah fatiha. if yes do the have to be in sequence.
