sir.. hope you are doing good.my query is regarding shares..is buying shares or investing in shares haram or halal..is it gamling.. if shares prices rise people get huge profit at once or they lose huge money..is it correct.. i told my friend it is gambling but she isnt convinced.

if a man has a job and also does business and to obtain business from a company he pays money to a powerful man of the company on regular basis saying this is my gift to you or your children and every job he gets from the company he keeps share for that man so that he will him more business, now my question is that is it bribery and the money he earns from that business is halal?
