I have hundreds of friends on Facebook. I also follow a lot of Islamic pages and I have joined many Islamic groups. They usually share good posts ( for worldly benefits and for the benefits of hereafter). If I give likes (pressing like button) on the good posts, will I get Sawab (benefits for hereafter)?

ANSWER: If your ‘likes’ would make others see that post and they follow it or forward it and people benefit from it, yes, this would be written down as a good deed from you and would be rewarded accordingly in sha Allah.(Providing the post is authentic in itself)

I was informed from saudi embassy that women without mahram can enter saudi alone after they turn 45.can i perform umrah or hadj alone when i turn 45?i am a female living alone without any mahrams help or family members help.please make dua for my family and me.

Please advise about keeping cat as a pet if it is okay or otherwise. Moreover, does a person need to do fresh Wadu after playing with Cat or has to change his cloths etc. after touching the cat.

ANSWER: No problem in keeping a cat as a pet, you don’t need to renew the wudu if the cat touches you. The prohibition is in buying and selling cats.

Sheikh,is it permissible for the husband to ask his wife to help with the household chores and do cooking for his parents as they are old and sick? can she disobey him in this?(she doesn’t have doesn’t have children yet) the husband can’t do cooking&cleaning for his parents as he’s at work,should she obey him?
