sheikh , I have a friend that doesn’t pray nor does he wear hijab and I have told her to pray so many time and it helped allitle but not too much , what do you think is the right thing to do ?

ANSWER: If the illness is chronic and there is no possibility of recovering from it, a person should feed one poor person for every day missed. If it is not chronic and they predict she will be ok in few years, she must make them up later and there is no fidya.

Is it compulsory to say tarabi prayers during ramzan? If it is, then how many rakat should we pray?? Is it 8 or 20 rakat??

Taraweeh, Tahajjud and Qiyam-ul-Layl

ANSWER: Taraweeh is not mandatory, it is a confirmed Sunnah.

ANSWER: This is an innovation and not from sunnah.

If I don’t know how vinegar is made when I consume foods produced in a non Muslim country, must I go out of my way to investigate how the vinegar is made. I’ve just eaten a sandwich that contains vinegar that I’m not 100% sure was made in a halal or haram way and it’s made me worried to if I’ve committed sin or not.

I live in Bangladesh.my maulana told me that i should cover my head infront of elderly ladies as this is a manner.and told me about a hadith that jibril (as) was not entering to carry the message to rasool(sws) so he told khadija(ra)to cover her head and body so the angel could enter.pls can u briefly explain about the hadith and do i have to cover my head infront of a lady?

ANSWER: Fard prayers must be prayed standing up when traveling. If they are not allowed or unable to stop to pray standing up because the driver wouldn’t stop, they can pray sitting down due to being forced to do so.
