ANSWER:

Most Muslims have loans of their cars, houses, new furniture etc.

Not every loan is eligible for zakat. Only when a person is in trouble with the debtors due to a losing business or he lost his fortune due to an accident or he is threatened to go to jail for it. 

Somebody has asked , There is a man , he has loan to pay , his son is earning . So can I as an outsider pay my zakat money to this man who is in debt so as to lighten his burden of debt.
