ANSWER: No, it is not.

Many learned male and female quran teachers ,in our country, pray salat ul jaeez at the end of ramadhan fast(last day). They group together in house or in masjid and pray till midnight, telling that Allah is rewarding as they completed all the fasts of ramdhan. And say its bad to sleep ,when Allah is rewarding. Pls help ,should we join them ?

ANSWER: What they do is not permissible because it is an innovation and our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam did not do it. You must not join them.

sheikh, I wanted to know which type of sadaqah is better. If I wanted to spend some money in the way of Allah, and have two options that I have decided. Either to buy some juices from that money and put it in the masjid so that people can drink them (including labours) or Put the money in a charity box in the masjid. Which one would be better and more rewarding?

ANSWER: The best would be that you give the money to poor and needy Muslims in your family and acquaintances. Digging a well for the people to drink and use from is one of the highest sadaqah. You can even put it in the masjid charity box.

Can i recite Quraan while sleeping??(i mean at night while lying on the bed)…or should i recite while sitting and then lie down after completing the recitation and Adhkaar??

ANSWER: You can recite them while lying down, no problem.

I live in the UK, ive calculated my zakah and given it to my parents. They want to distribute it to the extreme poor ppl in their village in pakistan. But they go pakistan maybe once every year or once every 1.5 years.. i know delaying zakat is sinful. But is my zakah valid or nullfied due to long delay?. My parents think i dont know wht im doin.so they do it. May Allah bless them

ANSWER: Delaying zakat like this is not permissible, and you must pay it on the exact time, unless there is a legitimate necessity for this delay.

For my 22 years of life i trusted everyone blindly because i felt everyone wants someone to be there for them and in return i was stabbed severely. Now i can’t trust people. Even myself. Sir i live in a islamic hostel and the people follow Hanafi Mazhab. They say that i must follow only 1 mazhab. They go to the grave of Suliaman Hilmi Tunahan and call his grave KABBA SHAREEF. they suplicate facing towards his grave and they leave walking backwards so that they dont show their back to his grave . Can i pray behing these people? Is this hanafi mazhab?
