I bought a jumper and it got lost in the mail so they gave me a refund, i then picked up a package and thought it was something else but it was the lost package. I paid money for taxes to pick up the package as it was international. Is this jumper considered stolen goods if I keep it? Do I have to return it despite losing my tax money and are my prayers accepted in it?

ANSWER: Shoes should not be kept as sutra as this is not appropriate. A sutra should be about a foot long or a bit less.

Is the reason that hanafi madhab has some weak hadith that the ahadith werent compiled yet completely or something else?

You cannot make up prayers that were deliberately missed. There is nothing to do other than to repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and sincerity and never miss a single prayer again while offering a lot of good deeds as good deeds erase bad ones.

In our home on special occasions such as Muharram or other we just recite surah Yasin and some other surahs and make some special halal food items in which the recitations are blowed in the name of fatihan.. is this permissible?

Sheikh if some1 is suffering from intense dry,hard and rough cough so much that he needs water to stop it,in this case can a fast be broken because water was the need at that time and without water it can’t be stop or it can get prolonged

ANSWER: This depends on the doctor. If he says that this is an illness that requires breaking off the fast, then so be it. But if he says that this is nothing and that it will go away after some time, then it is prohibited.

ANSWER: Making an independent sajda like this is not permissible as it’s an innovation.

I read qunoot before going to ruku as I was told you can read it before or after ruku and both are valid. Is this correct? Also i was told that qunoot isn’t a must for Witr so you shouldn’t make it a habit to say it all the time. Every now and then is better. Is this also correct? Jazakallahu Khair. ANSWER: The most correct opinion is that qunoot should be read after ruku. Yes, qunoot is not mandatory, therefore if you don’t pray it all together then also your witr is valid.
