ANSWER: It is absolutely permissible to marry her as she’s not your mahram. However, for the marriage to be valid, her father’s (wali) consent is mandatory. Try to convince your uncle but if he refuses then move on as there are plenty of women out there.

In order to repent from sins including rights of others you have to seek their forgiveness before asking Allah’s forgiveness. My question is if i disrespected my mother and she says on her lips she has forgiven me but in her heart she hasn’t really deep down, is it still valid? I heard from a sheikh once that it is.

Is it allowed to share deceased photo on Facebook and twitter? If shared then who will get punishment deceased or the live person who shared the photo.

ANSWER: Animals know Allah and worship Him. However, there isn’t anything to prove that they also know Islam and the Prophet salla Allahu aliahi wa sallam as he was sent to the humans and the jinn only.

Ya sheikh, are we obliged to forbidding evil immediately at the spot/time/place that evil happens? For example, if my husband has just come back home and very tired but he said something clearly haraam, am I obliged to advise him at that time or am I allowed to choose any time I think it’s appropriate?

ANSWER: Debit cards are different to credit cards. In debit cards, you are lending the bank an amount of money and hence, any cash back would be considered riba and Allah knows best.

Can we pray sunnah rakats before time ? For example my zohar time starts at 12.36 pm, can i pray zohar 4 sunnah rakats at 12.30 pm ?

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible. If you pray it even one second before time, this would be invalid. You must pray the Sunnah after the time of the fard prayer enters.
