Once the Mahr is bought by the groom for the bride, is there any ruling that the Mahr needs to be given directly all by the groom himself to the bride or can he ask his parents or the girl’s parents to hand it over to her.

ANSWER: If the marriage contract was not done yet, she shouldn’t be in contact with him. If he is already married to her, there is no problem in him giving to her or to her father.

Can I pray the sunnah prayer which is 4 + 2 rakat of duhar, 2 of maghrib and 2 of isha at the prophet mosque & haram ? Since Im a traveller. If I do so is there anything wrong. I heard a traveller should not be praying the sunnah.

ANSWER: You should skip the sunnah of Dhuhr, Maghrib and Isha and you can offer all other sunnah prayers as you like.

We know that spending on your family will be rewarded by allah.Have heard saheeh hadees that “putting a morsel of food in your wife’s mouth / having lawful intercourse with wife is considered as charity”.Please clarify whether we have to make an Intention(niyyah to please allah) before spending on family every time?or before doing any good deed every time to get rewarded?

ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute. I am inclined to that it doesn’t require intention.

It’s been two months for my marriage and I am not able develop any feelings or love for her. I don’t like her appearance may Allah forgive me for saying this as everything is created by Allah. Is dua e qunoot wajib in witr salah? I was told that if u do not recite this dua in witr.. U have to do sajdah e sahw. Is this correct?

ANSWER: What you have heard is wrong. Qunoot in witr is not mandatory.

After performing wudu, do I recite Kalima Shahadah in the Washroom or after leaving washroom? (and Silently or whisperingly).
