While reciting last 3 chapters in morning and evening adhkar and after fard salah, is there any order of reciting it like first we recite surah ikhlas 3 times then surah falak 3 times and then surah naz 3 times or we have to recite set wise (surah ikhlas, surah falak and surah naz) one time then again reciting this set?
