QUESTION: Sheikh.we r from subcontinent. We r moderately rich.my daughter is studying in College. N we have decided to do her marriage after she finishes it, InShaAllah. Now I have decided to do Haj this year. Can we use a small part of her marriage money to perform Haj?. Or we should go for Haj after her marriage which may take 2 to 3 years. i need ur mashoora,pls. .

QUESTION: Shykh, when praying witr or any sunna that I intend to pray more than two sometimes I find myself forgetting to pray 2 by 2 , instead of making full tashahud by mistake i find myself doing half tashahud and standing for the 3rd rakah , in this case what to do… shall I continue or go back and finish 2 rakah then stand for a fresh another rakats

ANSWER: There is nothing specified as such. It’s your own money and you’re obliged to give at least the basics to your wife and children and as for parents you are only obliged to give them if they don’t have any money of their own.

QUESTION: A scenario: once/twice someone delayed his Dhuhr prayer for reasons other than forgetfulness/sleep, takes wudu’ & starts praying a short time before ‘Asr. Towards the end of the prayer, he passes wind. If he were to take wudu’ again to repeat prayer, ‘Asr would be called. What should he do??

QUESTION: Sheikh, I wanted to ask if someone wants to repent from a sin is it neccessary to do a dua or is it sufficient to just intend to never do it again regret the past and quit it immediatly and if you have time does a person need to constantly think about it or is it ok if they forget about it but when they remember they have regret and know how bad it was.
