QUESTION: The imam of my local mosque shaves his beard. I heard that you cant let someone who shaves his beard lead prayer. Do I go to another mosque or not?

ANSWER: The prayer is valid, however everyone should talk to the management about it as the imam should be a role model in following the sunnah and not in openly sinning like this even if he is the best in memorizing the Quran.

ANSWER: Why is your father asking her to earn and contribute in the expenses?! It’s not her responsibility, it’s the duty of the father to provide for his family!

QUESTION: I am one of the seven sisters and the only one who has completed the Hajj. The Hajj committee does not permit individuals to undertake the Hajj more than once, so I am unable to perform Hajj Badal on behalf of my deceased parents. Is it possible for any of my sisters or our sons who haven’t performed Hajj, to perform Hajj Badal and can a person perform Hajj badal if Hajj is fard on him/her?

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible. The one doing hajj on behalf of someone else must do his hajj before, at least once in his lifetime. You can pay someone else to do that if they had performed their hajj before.

QUESTION: During Rajab 27 I know its a bidah my parents observe this , so they will not make any food during the day , i always thinks to take fast in other days like normal sunnah , Bcz of lazy i couldn’t but there will be no food on rajab 27 so I observe the fast with the intention of normal sunnah is this permissible
