QUESTION: I woke up, noticed that I had not heard my alarm clock, took a look at the watch and the time to pray fajr had expired by 30-40 minutes and I went back to sleep. QUESTION: My bro & his wife (UAE residents) coming on tourist visa & will be staying in Jeddah for 10 days.They are also planning to perform Umrah.Is it compulsory for them to make the niyyah & enter the state of Ihram from Dubai itself & go to perform Umrah as soon as they reach Jeddah airport Or can they wear the Ihram and make the niyyah for Umrah from my home in Jeddah after 2 – 3 days of their arrival?
