QUESTION: Is it permissable to change cloth being in the state of Ihram. We are planning to stay one night in a hotel in meccah and go to do umrah in the next day morning. Is it permissable to wear ihram cloth and make intention for to enter into ihram (intend to perform umrah) and then change cloths before sleep?

ANSWER: This is not permissible for men, they can change into a different set of ihram if they wish but its not permissible to wear normal clothes in the state of ihram.
