The Sunnah is to perform Tawaf Al Hajj after eid and before the end of the month. It is a pillar of Hajj that it wouldn’t be valid without it.

The best is to perform it on the Day of Eid and the 3 days after it.

Once a person throws the jamarah on the Day of Eid and then cuts his or her hair, once can wear normal clothes and do all the restrictions of Hajj except intercourse.
