When asking Allah something that you want but you can’t afford, how should you ask it from Him? For example some certain laptop. You should say “Oh Allah give me this certain kind of laptop”, or “Oh Allah make me have this certain kind of laptop”? (A laptop is a minor thing we can ask from Allah but I took as an example to better know what I am asking.)

You can ask Allah whatever you want – there isn’t anything in specific. Praise Allah and then offer salutation to the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and then ask Allah for whatever you want.

My family and I are planning to apply for a US visa, and the U.S. Embassy requires women who wear hijab to have their pictures taken with the head scarf showing the hairline. I really feel uncomfortable showing even the tiniest part of my aura but I thought this requirement is similar to photos in national IDs, passport and other legal documents. I also wondered what are the WOMEN WEARING niqab will do in a similar situation? Please enlighten me Sheikh is it permissible? Shiekh, one who doesnt pray is a kafir as mentioned in ahadeeth and the quran, but is it permissable to call one who doesnt pray a kafir in order to scare them? because ive also heard about the severity of calling a BROTHER/sister something they arnt. how should one advise family who dont pray?
