Can we pray witr prayer after the adhan of Fajr prayer or just before fajr prayer?

As In the ramadhan we can pray tahajjud or qyaam al llail in the masjid in congregation. So is it better to pray with my wife in the house or in the masjid in congregation. To be noted that As i have one baby so she cant attend masjid.

Brother i gives my najis cloth to my mum for a wash out machine is broken she said she will take it to loundaru but she forgot and left my cloth in basket and it rained and it got wet. I think the trouser had little utine which was less than the dirham does the bakset and other cloth becamr najis. I had a panic attack and had fight with my mum. Rest of the cloth were left in machine i doubt that they might take of the twoel and wipe floor and out in there again

As long as you don’t see the impurity, the other clothes are clean by default! You should not be getting into arguments with your mother about this, she doesn’t have to wash your clothes!
