I want to know the Islamic view on Omar Mukhtar of Libya. Muslims, mostly, hold him in high esteem and want to be like him. Wasn’t he wrong Islamically when he did Khurooj? Sheikh I’m getting married in 2 and a half weeks. My fiancé’s grandfather died 4 days ago. I know that mourning in Islam is only 3 days, would it be appropriate to continue with the Nikah? We had planned a segregated ceremony in a hall where food would be served. Should it be toned down – Nikah in the Masjid? My parents may lose the deposit on the hall.
