ANSWER:

This is not kufr but both of you are in great danger as both of you are angering Allah and committing sins on daily basis!

Allah is not letting you do these sins because He is pleased with you, rather He is setting you up for a great and huge disaster in your lives as He had given you many warnings before but you are not paying any heed!
