QUESTION: My husband doesn’t do any job and want me to work outside and do household chores and doesn’t even want kid because of the responsibility of it …meanwhile he is loving towards me but put responsibility of his mother on me also.. should I keep patience and continue my marriage and pray from Allah for better days or leave him right now as this is effecting me mentally all the time?

QUESTION: My question is I have asked my wife not to do hijab at home when I am at home and when her father is around because I want to see her without hijab. But my wife says she will do it in front of her father as an act of respect because this is what she did as an act of respect. What are your thoughts on this?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to marry a person who does shirk. Remain steadfast and Allah will send your way someone who will make you happy who is upon the truth and with good aqeedah and akhlaq.

ANSWER: If she makes it as a condition and he agrees to it as a condition and the witnesses testify that it was a condition, this is binding even if it was not written down. But if none of the above took place, this was not a condition and it is not binding.

QUESTION: Is it permissible for a wife to kiss her hubby on forehead infront their adult children when hubby is leaving home for work ??
