Sheikh, i have a bad habit and i have repented many time but again i went back to it, again i gave it up but again i went back to it . so it is a sin upon me to make taubah and again go back to that same thing ?

This is not a sin but you should try your best to don’t back to that sin again and again.

If a muslim does all the sins major and small ones and repents each time he does it and then does those sins again , would Allah forgive the person? And what if, for example, he commits shirk and goes out of Islam then repents and then does shirk again then repents to Allah alone. Then does it again and repents and so on. If he repents to Allah, with sincere repentance and never goes back to it doing that shirk again, would Allah forgive him? If so, is it fair to say that Allah forgives all sins no matter how much time, you have done it, as long as you repent and believe in Allah?

Shirk, being disrespectful to your parents and false testimony.

If i laugh at the Muslims who are being beaten up by the police for their protests which are of no avail at the moment, am I sinful or is this kufr? The answer came as I am sinful, then, I think this is mockery, that is why it is a major sin.is this correct?

There is no expiation except repenting to Allah and leaving this filthy sin. No, it doesn’t nullify your islam.

The hadith which says that none of you believes unless I am dearer to you more than yourselves. so if one doesn’t do so is this weakness of faith or hypocrisy or is he sinful? Also the ayah in surah at-tawba 24, is this major sin?

If one accuses a Muslim lady of immoral actions, and then, realizes mistakes and then withdraws his statement, does the hadd punishment apply on him ? Or he must be flogged, if he can’t bring witness?

If a Muslim believes that one should protect the privates parts, not because that Qur’an and Sunnah forbids it, but he thinks that it is something bad and we should not do so,so he refrains from it for that reason, what is the ruling? Has he done kufr or he is just ignorant or sinful?
