What is haram means. What are some major and minor examples?

Haram is anything that is a sin and it is not permissible. Major sins are things like fornication drinking intoxicants. Minor sins are things like looking at the opposite sex and listening to music.

I would like to clarify myself that is it permissible to use pork leather or any product from pork leather or if there is nothing mention whether it is from cow or pork leather?

It is not permissible to use, buy or sell such leather.
