ANSWER: This is totally prohibited. Islam forbids wastage and extravagance.

If a person wills to commit Zina and thinks that he will make Tawbah after that correct in his thinking? Because we know that Tawbah erases all sins. Does that mean we can do some sins,and then make tawbah and then sin and then make tawbah? I am not understanding this, because any muslim will now say I will do sins and make tawbah sincerely.

ANSWER: This is playing games with Allah’s religion! If one does a sin intending to make tawba for it later, the remorse for it is not there, and therefore, such a repentance is not sincere.

A brother asked for some advice about sin and he said; “Give me some advice to stay away from sin, I’m always doing bad things and I know it’s wrong but I can’t stop myself from doing it.” I advised on restablishing his link with Allah by Salah and making Tawbah. Can you please give further advice.

ANSWER: Forgiveness is to protect the individual from the torment of a sin. Pardon is to forgive it and not call it to account.

God only punishes a man when he know the ruling of it. If something is doubtful and you don’t know if it’s a permissible action but you don’t k ow it’s Haram, will God punish you if it’s Haram.

ANSWER: You are ordered to avoid dubious matters because they lead to falling into sin. Therefore, it seems that one would be sinful!

I have committed sin and makes a lot of dua to Allah and ask for forgiveness. Now I never repeated such sin again after repentance and I believe Allah forgave me. Is it ok for a Muslim to have such a strong confidence in believing Allah that he has forgiven me?

ANSWER: This is not advisable as though one is confident of Allah’s forgiveness, one is not sure whether Allah will accept it or not. This is why one must be hopeful and fearful at the same time.

My dad always says to me to not to watch videos which has music. i fully cover,he says to me to cover Alhumdullilah i cover my self for Allah. . But my dad himself gets so mixed with his cousins and aunties. Which is making me negative. He is stopping me from thing but doing himself. ANSWER: If the kittens were very small, who were dependent on its mother for food then what she did was sinful. She must fear Allah and ask sincerely for Allah’s forgiveness, with deep remorse.

ANSWER: Watching haram movies is haram whether it is in Makkah or elsewhere! The religion of Allah is one and can’t be changed by any one’s whims and desires!

I was in a relationship for close to 4 years. The guy didn’t turn up for marriage when my parents approached him. After my alliance is made to a different family, the guy comes back apologizing my parents and asking for my hand. I have accepted the new alliance and repenting for all my sins and seeking Allah’s forgiveness. How should my past be conveyed to the new family?

ANSWER: You must not expose your sins to anyone. Simply repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and sincerity and do not tell a soul about him. Ignore this person and block him totally and never communicate with him.
