Is the hadith authentic regarding a person reaching an age of 60 and is not granted excuse thereafter?

ANSWER: This means that such a person had 60 years to fix and mend things but he didn’t. When he claims that he will do that in the coming days, he is not telling the truth and most likely he will not apologize for his sins and shortcoming.

I had a Male best friend in my uni. Recently I came across your vids from AskZad. They changed me I blocked all means of communication with him thou he still calls me with different caller IDs but I never answer. I was ignorant but Allah guided me through u. ANSWER: Let him curse all he wants as this does not have any effect. Don’t let Satan mess with your mind to make you fall into sinning again. You have repented and Allah will accept your repentance and forgive you as long as you remain steadfast.

I have not had sabr in the last few years in the trials I am going through. I was frustrated and upset but i want to repent now and had a change of heart in the last few days because of lectures regarding judgement day. My question is if i repent for my impatience, will i be granted the reward of sabr and expiation of sins for the years I WAS NOT patient? Or is it too late?

ANSWER: Don’t think about the past and expect the best from Allah as He is what His slaves thinks of Him. If you repent and ask Allah for forgiveness and show remorse, He will forgive you.

I know that showing off is considered minor shirk and that showing off in Islam is the purpose of a person to please other people but this one question would always come to mind what if a Muslim showed off but fears and worship Allah with good intention at the same time would this be a sin? If so would this sin fall into the same category or a lesser sin?

ANSWER: If his main intention is to please Allah and to gain rewards through this worship and showing off comes afterwards this is not considered as shirk, however he’s sinful.

Do we need evidence that we advised someone in private before publicly advising against them or refuting them if they have not corrected their mistake?

ANSWER: Advise them in private if their sin is private. If they don’t listen and they still commit it in public, you can advise them in public and in front of others.

I like Bolly movies. The fact is that I used to subtitle them for people who didn’t understand hindi and upload my subs to the net. I also subtitled music videos and posted them on FB. Now I can only delete my subs from certain pages, others don’t permit it. Also note that certain movie pages used my subs and I can’t do anything. Would this be considered as a Sayyi’a Jaariya? What should I do?

ANSWER: This is a sin that you have facilitated and you carry the sin for anyone who watches these. There is nothing to do other than trying your best to remove all the ones you can and repenting to Allah while showing deep remorse and sincerity.

ANSWER: When you repented, you are better than before and all your bad deeds are transformed to good deeds.

Today i did a mistake by passing a red light by car and the police stopped me. They asked for my documents. Then they told me that they are going to make me pay a delayed fine of a high one and points will be decreased. What i did is i paid money at the moment so they dont do the mentioned fine. Did i do a major sin?
