ANSWER: If you are an ignorant layman who knows nothing else, your prayer is valid. But if you know the right way and the way of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and still decide to go against it, this usually can only happen to full fledged hypocrites!!

QUESTION: Hounarable sheikh,if I lead the prayer here,they will stipulate that I have to make dua. In this case can I just do as a bare minimum that I rasie my hands and recite the adhkar of prayer laillaha illahu wahdahu…. loudly or make a dua or two if I am forced to?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to participate with them in such an innovation Either they accept you as you are by following the sunnah or you don’t lead them in prayer.

QUESTION: I know that the most authentic way of salah is doing raf ul yadain and placing the hands on the chest. My father once found me praying that way and repremanded me saying no one in our family prays or has ever prayed like that. Should I obey him or not?

ANSWER: You are not obliged to obey him but you should not confront him to avoid any fights or disrespect. Try to pray without him seeing you.

QUESTION: Hanafis and Tablighi Jamaat claim that Prophet Muhammad ( peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned about 4 imams and instructed to follow them. Is this true? Are the 4 imams mentioned anywhere in the Quran and Sunnah?

ANSWER: This is a blatant lie!

QUESTION: In Hanafi madhab, when a man says before marriage,”If I marry so and so, she is divorced or any women I marry, is divorced.” Divorce takes place after marriage automatically. According to Quran, Sunnah and Salaf, is this view correct? Although I am a Hanafi, this doesn’t seem right to me.

QUESTION:Sheikh with all due to respect to the four imams but why they have done the things which none of the great companions had done like imam abu hanifa saying women prayers is different from men and many things which totally conflict the Qur’an and sunnah. why the khulaafe e rashideen didn’t do all these things for ummah?

ANSWER: They did their due diligence with whatever evidence they had at that time and they also said that if their fatwa goes against the Quran and Sunnah then people must discard it.Now the people must not do taqleed (blind follow) a particular madhab when something in it is clearly against the Quran and Sunnah.
