My mum wants to offer Qurbani abroad for her deceased parents in sha Allah. Can she give one Qurbani for both her mum and dad or does it have to be one for each parent?

She can do either one.

According to the sunnah, is it possible to divide a beef into 2,4 or 6 parts for qurbani or is it obligatory to divide it into 1,3,5 or 7 parts?

A cow can be shared by seven people for seven families! It can be shared by less then seven and it can be shared by even numbers.

This is permissible but the sunnah is to include the dead in your own sacrifice.

I would like to know is it ok if i slaughter a cow instead of two goats for Aqeeqa. (Cow meat weight is equal or more than goats and not less).

It is an issue of dispute and I believe that this is accepted!

We gave aqeeqah for our daughter recently, the goat did not have horns,is this acceptable?

Can a person offer sacrifice for eid qurbaani on behalf of his deceased parents?

This is permissible. However, the sunnah is to slaughter only one sheep and include in it all your deceased ones.

Is it allowed to slaughter one goat or sheep for all family members during EID-Al-Adha? Can we include Mother, Father, Wife, Kids, sisters, brother and brother’s wife in one Goat or sheep?

The sacrifice can be one sheep or goat for the whole of the household living under one roof and eating from the same kitchen. One can also include the deceased of his family in it. However, it is an innovation to include the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam in it.
