ANSWER: If you know they will expose the hands, it’s not permissible for you to put henna on them since Allah ordered us in the Quran not to assist each other in evil and sins, let alone their arms.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to transport tobacco workers to their work place as this is collaborating with them on sin There is no problem in doing so for hotel employees in Shā Allah

ANSWER: If you think that most likely they will not conceal it from non mahram, you are sinful and the income is haram.

QUESTION: Is it permissible to run a recruitment agency? Can we contact people working in companies and offer them vacancies? I heard from someone that if the employees are currently working we can’t offer them another job, it takes the ruling of selling an item at a lower price after someone else has made an agreement already. Is this true.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to go to an employee and offer him a job while he is still working for his company as this is like selling over your brother’s transaction which the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa salla had prohibited.
