ANSWER: Spying is a major sin in Islam. If done for disbelievers, this nullifies islam.

Iam currenty student studying chartered accountant. As an auditor we have job like checking companies its financial statements that its true and fair and no fraud been done. my question is if my client had involved already in interest transaction,just making sure whether the interest amount shown in statements is halal or haram?

ANSWER: To check or audit riba is not a permissible job at all.

Sheikh,I work in a bank.I know it’s haram ,I have tried to convince my father islamically abt it,he says not to quit until I get a better job, despite repeated requests he doesn’t listen,I don’t want to upset him affecting his health, if I quit the atmosphere of home will be disrupted, guide me. And can I get married while doing this job or should I wait till I get a halal job,I am 29 yrs old.

ANSWER: Cooking pork and other haram food is prohibited. His income is haram for him but not for others and you can inherit him.

my husband is doing job in insurance dept.of bank in canada,as soon as vcame2 know its not allowed v desided 2leave it,but he has his all experience in Finacial fields so not getting any job in other field,he is searching job parallelly with his current job,but saying not leave job unless find any other halal job(as u said one of ur videos).&m saying2leave job right away,but he is saying how will v survive if leave job n won’t get any other?everyday we argue.m so tensed.plz help me what2do?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to work in a conventional bank which deals with Riba.

I work in an IT company providing network assistance to various major companies. Basically we help them troubleshoot any issues in their network and bring it back up. Certain customers of my company are Banks and alcohol companies and I get cases from them about their networks as well. Can you please tell me if this is halal for me to continue

ANSWER: This is not halal, unless you can reject doing the work for these haram companies.

I have a friend who works for …. bank. She has some ‘gay’ colleagues working with her. Often she tells me, “Gays are the safest male ( or whatever)on earth, you’ll expect no harm from them. And this is what makes me comfortable in my office zone.” I feel it too disturbing because gays r absolutely haram in our religion and sometimes I try to explain her. Please give me advice.

ANSWER: Working with gays should not be her concern as much as working in a conventional riba based bank because this is totally prohibited and her income is haram. Besides a muslim woman should not work in a mixed place.
