I’ve had it ever since I’ve reverted to Islam. Recently I’ve have some employment hardship which required me to leave my job which didn’t have a problem with having a beard or not. This New job I’ve applied to how ever requires me to be completely shaved atleast during the training which is 12 weeks long.

ANSWER: This is not authentic. Make dua during times of acceptance, such as in salah in your sujood, in the last tashahud, before making salam, between Azaan and iqama, during the last third of the night, begging Allah until He opens the door and answers your dua.

Is it permissible to become a Primary school-teacher (MALE) in the west? The oldest are 11-12(maybe there are some a little older than that). The schools are mixed and the children will most likely talk to each other and maybe I have to look at tge girls so that I know their names. I wanted to know if the money earned from YouTube is halal?

ANSWER: If the content of your videos is halal and the ads that you choose are halal without music, women etc then no problem but this is something which is not really possible as all ads have something haram or the other.

Is it okay to work in a bank for a girl or boy? Please if it is no, mention Reasons! :)

ANSWER: Working for conventional riba based banks is a major sin for both genders.

I plan on teaching the English language online using a webcam. The company I will be employed by will want me to teach a group of students and at other times it will be one to one teaching. My question is what if I have to teach one to one to a female? Given I won’t be physically in front of her and will only be in contact online for teaching purposes is this ok?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to teach one to one to the opposite sex.
