ANSWER:  

This nikah is not valid to begin with as it was without the consent of girls’s wali who is her father. If they are living together, they are living in fornication and adultery. 

someone known has done their nikkah without the permission of their perants but within the presence of younger brother as witness.Now the mother came to know about the nikkah and she is insisting her of taking divorce as her father isn’t agree with the proposal but he is also unaware of their nikkah.Isn’t it bad deed takingdivorce without tellingfather?

I’m living in a nonMuslim country. Married to my husband for 10 years, have a 6 yr old daughter. My husband has reverted back to Hinduism, his birth religion. I am not financially dependent to move out of this marriage with daughter. Most jobs for freshers are in banking or insurance companies.
