ANSWER: If her husband does shirk and goes to graveyards and worships the dead, her marriage is invalid and she must get divorced with him. She must do her best to get custody of the child.

ANSWER: If she agrees to get married, the marriage is valid. If she fights it and resists his attempts to approach her, the marriage is invalid.

QUESTION: My husband follows proper Deen but also believes in darga, fateha and I don’t. He wants me to be part of it with him and he tells me to obey him as per Islam. QUESTION: Barelvi man, goes to dargahs, follow peer & considers he connects with them directly, r his teachers yet they are Not Alive. Tells wife his peer said to do,say this & that. ANSWER: It’s totally prohibited to be in a premarital relationship and you must immediately block him from everywhere. If your father is not giving his consent, its not permissible to marry him and on the same note its not permissible for anyone to force you into marrying someone you don’t want.
