ANSWER:

If your father is a deviant shia who follows their deviant aqeedah and curses the companions and mothers of the believers then he cannot be your wali and he has no say in your marriage. 

If all your male relatives are deviant shias then the imam of your local authorised islamic centre becomes your wali to marry you off.

It’s not permissible to have premarital relationship in Islam. 

QUESTION: I’m a Muslima from a Shia family and I practice sunnah (my family is against it) and I want to get married to this man who’s a practicing Muslim but his African. And their only reasoning for not agreeing with the marriage is that his black and think it will ruin their reputation. Would I have blessing in my marriage or my marriage be valid if I do it without their permission?
