QUESTION: 6 years back me and a boy accepted each other in marraige without any witness (making Allah one) did istkhara about it, saw white colour and thought that the nikah is valid. Later i did taubah Now i am officially getting married to someone else but i fear whether i am free woman or not.

ANSWER: If she agrees to get married, the marriage is valid. If she fights it and resists his attempts to approach her, the marriage is invalid.

QUESTION: My husband follows proper Deen but also believes in darga, fateha and I don’t. He wants me to be part of it with him and he tells me to obey him as per Islam. Here if I don’t obey him my marriage will be ruined and our relationship will get worse. Can I just try to pretend with him here so that I can have peace?

QUESTION: I’m a Muslima from a Shia family and I practice sunnah (my family is against it) and I want to get married to this man who’s a practicing Muslim but his African. QUESTION: Barelvi man, goes to dargahs, follow peer & considers he connects with them directly, r his teachers yet they are Not Alive. Tells wife his peer said to do,say this & that. ANSWER: It’s totally prohibited to be in a premarital relationship and you must immediately block him from everywhere. If your father is not giving his consent, its not permissible to marry him and on the same note its not permissible for anyone to force you into marrying someone you don’t want.

QUESTION: The Prophet said that only the zania can marry herself, but Sheikh, isn’t the marriage of zani and zania invalid? And if they repented, they don’t considered to be zani and zania. So how can she marry herself?

QUESTION: I watched the videos and still unsure. Do the ijab and qubool have to be verbally said by the wali and the groom directly in full or can there be a person who’s made as the “celebrant” asking the wali if he offers etc, and the wali just agrees to give the bride with a nod and saying “yep”? Likewise the groom agrees after being prompted if he accepts. Is this valid?
