ANSWER:

Zaidi shia are the closest shia to Muslims with the exception of the Jaroudi shia who are similar if not worse than the Imamiyah rafidah

However, it is still not advisable at all to marry from such a sect even when they are closest to us as this is not a game but rather aqeedah!
