I have received my share of inheritance after the death of my father. Is it permissible for me to donate it to somebody else (construct a madrasa or Masjid or donate it to some person) or is it the right of my heirs.

This is your money and you may do with it whatever pleases you providing that it is not haram. Your children has no right over it as long as you are earning and alive.

What is the ruling,if a couple were happilily spending their life ,sudden a husband dies with an accident, he did not pay the maher to his wife,now what should his wife do?

She should take it from the inheritance before it is distributed like all other loans.

I have a question on the Hukum Faraidh. Is it alright to apply Takharuj for the distribution of the deceased wealth, meaning that all the siblings male and female agreed that the wealth to be distributed equally.

If the males agree to that, it would be permissible as it would be considered as a gift.

Do children inherit from their grandfather? If the father is dead, and grandfather is wealthy, when he dies will those grandchildren inherit whose father had died earlier?

You have the right in your share of inheritance and they have no right not to give you. You can claim by talking to them and demanding it and if they don’t listen, you complain to the authorities and to the Police.

Dose the husband get’s a share from his wife’s inherited property in case wife passes away, if yes what is the percentages he should get.

If she has children, he gets one quarter. If she doesn’t have children, he gets half.

If a person dies, he have father, one wife one daughter how his properties to be distributed(for 1000 dollars as an example)?

The daughter gets half, the wife gets one eighth and the rest goes to the father.

A mother of two daughter wants to sell one of her land and likes to give the money between her daughter. Is it permissible?

No problem as gifts are permissible between the offspring as long one is fair. But if she is doing this so that the money wouldn’t go after her death to her male relatives, this is not permissible.

Alhamdulillah, I am wealthy. I am a single Muslim man living in america. I never married and I have no children. No one in my family is Muslim. Is it permissible and BEST for me to make a will that leaves 100% of my money to an Islamic charity…after my death?

When my grandfather died 20 yrs ago my uncle then agreed not to claim his share of property in writing. Now so many years later he wants that share back and his family has humiliated my father calling him liar/cheat….

If your uncle gave his share to your father and there are witnesses, he has no right in that share any more. Claiming back is a sin. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam says: whoever goes back on his gift, he is like a dog that vomits and eats his vomit.
