This is unfair and totally prohibited. You must be fair in giving them gifts and they must be equal whether earning or not.

This seems permissible as you have nothing to do with riba at the moment and this is only for distributing the inheritance.

This is your money and you may do with it whatever pleases you providing that it is not haram. Your children has no right over it as long as you are earning and alive.

She should take it from the inheritance before it is distributed like all other loans.
