My father passed away before my grandfather. Do we have inheritance rights from our grandfather? We are 3 sisters and 1 brother. Please help

We came to know dat a man during his life time (before death) can divide his own wealth equally between the son and daughter? As we knew death the daughters should get less than the son as per the Sharia? In that case will he not be sinful?

They are all equal when their father’s wealth is distributed! It doesn’t matter whether they have children or not.

if someone’s father dies will they get the property share or they have to wait till the mother dies because the property is not on his fathers name but on both of the parents name?as the mother is also an owner will they get it after the father is dead?

We have to receive gratuity of my late dads service and this matter goes to the court for decision.A part of his income goes to his relatives as per shariah.My mom doesnt want that & wants the full gratuity and other income & for this she said she needs to lie.In court i also will be called and might have to witness her statements,is this allowed although i don’t support her actions?
