She has no share in it at all!

My husband had kids from a previous marriage. He divorced and left them 2 houses. We bought our house and I ask to give it to our kids and put the house in my name for legal reason. He agreed only if he can get the house back any time he asks. We had big argument because he is asking for the house back.How can I negotiate with him? This is not fair on my kids. If anything happens to him his 1st kids can evict us.

Muslims are held accountable to their conditions they had set upon themselves.The house was registered in your name for legal reasons and not as a gift. This means that he is the real owner and you can’t take a penny of it!

A man dies and his father is still alive, can the children of deceased get a share on what their grand father poses, while the deceased has brothers and sister too.?

No, they can’t because they are blocked by their uncles and aunts.Their grandfather can write a will and give them something.

I just had a question regarding inheritance and the shares allocated by Allah for each heir. My sister died and leaves behind a mother, a grandmother, 3 brothers and 1 sister. I know the mother would have 1/6 th. Just unsure regarding what the brothers and sister get and also if the grandmother has any share. Its just that in my area there is no authentic islamic centre.

I presume she has no father, no husband and no children.The mother gets 1/6The rest is divided by 7 where the sister gets one share and each brother gets 2 shares.

I have a certain amount of gold ornaments. Its my personal belongings. My husband pays zakah voluntarily. have two sons and two daughters. I wish to DISTRIBUTE my ornaments among my daughters. They may wear or sell them for any purpose like higher studies etc. For my sons, I feel that being males, they are supposed to earn kasb-e-halal for themselves. Kindly let me know if this distribution is permissible?

This is unfair and totally prohibited. You must be fair in giving them gifts and they must be equal whether earning or not.

My father wants me to be the nominee for the riba based banks where he has accounts. I have always advised him to shift to Islamic banks. His intention is when he dies I have the authority to handle his money and distribute it to my brother and sister who lives in different countries. Can I be the nominee for riba based banks?

It should be distributed on her siblings. 7 shares, each female gets on share while the brother gets two shares.
