One shouldn’t do such a thing as it is not a place for answering your Du’ah and it is also misleading as others would look at you and think that you are doing this because you believe that it is greater for answering your Du’ah and would probably do the same.

We hope for him the best but there is no significance in dying in Ramadan like there is in dying on Friday. The hadeeth is referring that the mercy of Allah is far greater in Ramadan as people tend to do more good deeds and stay away from bad deeds.

If a person is dying, we should make him say the La Ilaha Illah Allah as whoever says it and dies before saying anything else will enter Paradise. But we shouldn’t keep on asking him to say it until he is board of it. We should only repeat it if he says something else.

No, this is not permissible. They can ask Allah for forgiveness for them, they can give charity on their behalf and they can offer Umrah and Hajj for them.
