could we make tayamum to the deceased person if he or she died in middle of dessert there is no water difficult to dig in graveyard in sandy dessert and to difficult to take it to the city so what should one do in this situation?

A/A…sir,in this hadith “There is no Muslim man who dies, and forty men who do not associate anything with Allah offer the funeral prayer for him but Allah will accept their intercession for him.” Does it mean that for accepting intercession 40 men should offer funeral prayer otherwise will not be accepted or Upto 40 men their dua will be accepted no matter how many righteous men wiil offer prayer.
