If a husband and wife having fights and have various marriage issues which is not easily getting solved and due to which they are living away form each other. Will their living away from each other more than 6 to 7 months break or cancel out their marriage like Divorce?

ANSWER: No. They are still married even if they live separately for 100 years. The Marriage is only dissolved with divorce or khula.

When women don’t want their husband to have a second wife or multiple wives, does that mean that there is something wrong with her iman or do they underestimate men to be fair with them even though Allah says to marry 1 wife if he fears that he cannot be fair with multiple wives.

ANSWER: This is simply how women are made, there’s nothing wrong with their iman if they don’t want to share their husband!

Sheikh if a woman isnt married and she makes dua to allah that when ever she gets married she should be his only wife until the day she dies, she also has an intention of puting this as a condition in the contract. Is it haram?

ANSWER: No problem in this.

Got my nikkah done in 2020. rukhsati is in May But the problem is since my husband and I are setting our apartment my mom has problems with me going with him to the apartment or anywhere. ANSWER: If you keep unrealistic expectations like these, based upon fictional characters, the chances of your marriage look very unlikely. Lower your expectations to realistic levels, based on real life rather than on a writer’s fantasy.

I got a lecturer job in a well reputed organization after chasing this dream for 18 years. My husband stands beside me in this scenario. ANSWER: You had no right in spying on him like this. If you want to end your marriage, you can talk to your parents or anyone else. However, this is considered slandering and in Islam you should be flogged 80 lashes for failing to bring 4 male muslim witnesses testifying that he was committing adultery.
