In Islam according to the Quran & Sunnah if someone misses the Fajr prayer due to forgetfulness or overslept. But as soon as he wakes up he prays the Fajr prayer is he allowed to pray the Sunnah prayer after.

Here in UK, as per ECFR(European Council for Fatwa & Research), we are allowed to combine maghrib & isha during summer,Due to the delayed disappearance of red-twilight & that the Ishaa is too late around 12AM & the Fajr starts at 3AM. So, I would like to know: -1 – If am I permitted to pray in home, alongwith my friends (small Jama’ah), knowing that we guys would be awake at exact Ishaa time every day & also we could wake up for Fajr as well?

I live in the UK where isha prayer in the summer becomes very late (reaches 11:40pm) and fajr 3am, so my local mosque is combining maghrib and isha prayer. But the other mosque 5 minutes away from it doesn’t combine (they are both shafi’i madhhab). I have been told by the imam that (combines maghrib and isha) this is permissible for everyone, even if you do not have work in the morning or something. Can you please tell me the rulings on this because I am confused,

Combining is permissible only when a person is unable to pray Fajr on time and there is real hardship for him to pray Isha on time. Therefore, you must pray both prayers on time unless you fit the description above.

If there is impurity on the shoe, it is not permissible. But usually, any impurity you step on, it goes away by walking. Therefore, if you are not 100% certain of the impurity being on your shoes, it is permissible to pray in them.
