I live in Canada and I have been praying in the masjid with the jammah,just recently i noticed some very good brothers not attending the jammah due to certain reasons, i searched on www.islam-qa.com and got many fatwas saying that if the athan can be heard in your house with an amplifier then it is not obligatory to go to the masjid or else we don’t, now I’m very confused because no masjid here in canada has athan on a mic so is obligatory for us or not even though i want to go i just wanted my Muslim brothers to know about it

How and what should I do when I see a person pray and it’s now I really realize how much help that person needs because right now there is a lot of bid’ah and made up things in the salah (don’t get me wrong) I don’t mean to search for faults,we all have shortcomings but these are the things I’ve noticed: First of all she only recites the faatihah in every rak’ah. Isha at Hanafi/Deobandi mousqe is at 9.58pm. Also it is the same time as the salafi masjid. However, there are other salafi masjids that Isha is at 10.33pm. my question is, the Masjids that isha starts at 10.33pm is like 1 hour walking distance frommy house and it is very hard for me to travel there, but at the same time I really want to pray in congregation, i don’t go to the other mousqes that start 9.56pm because a friend of mine said that there isha timing is wrong and my salaah wont count, so could you please advice me what to do.
