In eid prayer what do we recite in the first rakaa in between the 7 takbeer n the 2nd rakaa in between the 5 takbeer. I was told that we have to recite the 1st part of the 3rd Kaleema.

Is it prohibited to pray during first 15 to 20 minutes of sunrise and last 15 to 20 minutes of the day just beforesunset Also during the time the sun is exactly at midday.
