Who is in more danger: The one who offers daily 5 prayers without fail but is bad in fulfilling huqooq-ul-ibad, OR The one who is good in huqooq-ul-ibad but does not pray?

When I want to leave after finishing salaah, sometimes there is a person praying right behind me. Can I leave from there while he is praying?

ANSWER: No problem if you are not praying with congregation. It is sunnah to delay it as long as you don’t exceed midnight.

I was told that if I wake up late for fajr like 15 or 10 left that I do the fard first (although I can do them all within 15 minutes) then the sunnah (their reason is because sun has started rising). Then after sun has risen i.e after 30 minutes then I should do the sunnah what is the correct view in this situation

ANSWER: This is not true. If you know that you have enough time to do both, you should pray the sunnah first and then the fard.
