Salesman allow customers to pay extra money for extending warranty. Extended warranty provides two benefits i.e repairing cost and replacing cost are free. Salesman are selling extended warranty saying these two benefits. So if customer buys a warranty for 100 riyals the salesman gets 10 riyal added to salary, more sales means more money added, is this 10 riyal halal or haram for the salesman?

ANSWER: This is not permissible.

I want to ask what’s the reason for credit card being haram. Basically bank would only lend u money if it’s profitable to do so. Why would anybody give u money if it doesnt earn them any profit (interest). It’s not me who’s questioning this, but when I talk about credit card this is the argument my brothers bring in for which ive no ans. they say many well known scholars use credit cards.

I was in the shower and making wudu and then i was using quiet a small amount water and I was washing my face and I thought I could use even less water and turn off the water with my wrists but I didn’t do in the 2nd time I was washing my face but in The third time I did does this mean I wasted water because water was running when I was washing my face?

ANSWER: Technically speaking, woman’s voice is not an awrah, however if she uses it in such a way that it entices the audience then it becomes haram to listen. If there is no necessity, one should avoid it.

I wanna ask that,is it must for us to cut nails every Friday or after every 40th day.Like some people’s nail grow more even if it’s on weekly basis so will any of the above rule will apply similarly?Is thier any hadith in which punishment of not cutting nails is mentioned as many of them I know but not sure whether they’re true or not.

ANSWER: The sunnah is not to keep your nails uncut for more than 40 days. However, there is no specific day for clipping them.
