ANSWER: If this doubt came to you while you were in your Umrah, your saee is invalid and you must go back and complete your Umrah as you are still in the state of Ihram. But if you got this doubt after finishing your Umrah, your Umrah is valid.

QUESTION: Hello, I was just in Umrah, after finishing the Safa and marwah I picked off the dry skin from my lips while still in Ihram. Is this ok or is it haram?

ANSWER: If you did it unintentionally then no problem

QUESTION: Should we kiss hijar-e- aswad, if we get chance during tawaf or just touching it is enough?

ANSWER: It is not mandatory and your Tawaf is valid even if you didn’t do that. If there is no crowd, it is sunnah to kiss it. If you are not able, simply point at it. Women must not squeeze themselves among men to do such a thing.

QUESTION: I read somewhere that during umrah if you touch the kiswa randomly while tawaf, and it’s fragrance gets on you, does your ihram get affected?

ANSWER: If you know that it is perfumed and that you will catch some of its fragrance, you must not touch it. Touching it is not from the sunnah and it is an innovation
