ANSWER:

As long as she came with intention of Umrah, she must wear her Ihram from the meeqat while flying or if it’s after a day or two that she is doing umrah, you can drive her to Ta’if and make her Ihram from there (Sail al Kabir) to the east of Makkah if she flew over it or to yalamlam (ass’idiyah) if she flew over it to the south of Makkah.
