What is the ruling regarding a lady who wants to perform Umrah but her mahram is not willing to accompany her ? Is she allowed to travel with an agency?

No, a woman is not allowed to travel without a mahram.

We live in Jeddah.Last Friday, we went to Makkah and performed Tawaf and returned back,My daughter who is 12 years old had attained puberty that morning and did not understand what was happening to her and did not tell me either. I learnt about her menstruation the next day. May I know the ruling for us in this regard . Eagerly awaiting your guidance.

If she wasn’t in her Ihram and she only did Tawaf, there is nothing on her.

Is it permissible for a girl to perform hajj with group of ladies?

This is not permissible, as each woman must have her mahram with her.

Can a daughter make hajj on behalf of her father,who has no sons and has passed away few years ago?

Yes, provided she goes with a mahram and that she had already performed her own Fard hajj previously.

We wish to perform umrah in ramadan. Our flight leaves for jeddah on 28th of Shabaan. Is it permissible to enter ihram from home, reach makkah and wait for ramadan to start ( one or two days)then perform umrah?

This would not be an Umrah in Ramadan as the Ihram wasn’t made in Ramadan.

I would like to know if it is permissible to wash Ihram with available detergebts /surf after performing Umrah and reuse for another Umrah?
