QUESTION: Brother in the subcontinent they think people should be buried with their ihram clothes ( male). Is this sunnah?

ANSWER: This is sunnah if they died while wearing their Ihram and in the state of Ihram while going for umrah or hajj.

QUESTION: Sheikh.we r from subcontinent. We r moderately rich.my daughter is studying in College. N we have decided to do her marriage after she finishes it, InShaAllah. Now I have decided to do Haj this year. Can we use a small part of her marriage money to perform Haj?. Or we should go for Haj after her marriage which may take 2 to 3 years. i need ur mashoora,pls. .

QUESTION: I have my old grandmother on umrah with me. When we land in jeddah in ihram state, can she sleep and do the umrah next day?

ANSWER: No problem. She will be in the state of ihram until her umrah is finished.

QUESTION: Our prophet(s) has said that there is no need of jihad for women and their jihad is to perform hajj or performing haj will be equivalent to jihad.My question is should it be their(women) own money when they will go hajj or when it’s obligatory for women to perform hajj?

ANSWER: It doesn’t matter which money she performs hajj with.

QUESTION: I’ll go for Umrah from Bangladesh inshaAllah We’ll wear ihram clothes with the niyyah of Umrah before boarding the airplane because Miqaat will be midway on the plane. Now if I want to take a bath after arriving at the hotel (Jeddah), can I take off the Ihram clothes, take a bath and put on the Ihram clothes again?

ANSWER: No problem in this whatsoever.

QUESTION: I have young adult daughters who live with me. I would like to take them to Hajj. I am told that since they have no money of their own and I provide for them financially, therefore Hajj is not obligated on them and if I take them to Hajj it will not be valid. And f they have money of their own in the future then they will need to do Hajj again. Is it true?

ANSWER: What you have been told is false. If they have reached the age of puberty then this hajj is valid and its their mandatory hajj even if someone else sponsors it.

QUESTION:If a wife is capable of doing Haj but his husband is not giving her permission and delaying it saying we will do it in old age so what should that wife can do ?? can she perform Haj without his husband’s permission ?? or she should wait for old age as instructed by his husband as now one knws he or she will b alive by that time or not

ANSWER: If its her own money then she can go on hajj with any of her mahrams, like her father, brothers etc if the husband is not willing to accompany her. This is a fard on her and she doesn’t require his consent or approval

I have question related to the 7th round of the tawaf. During tawaf you said that after 7th round when we reach Hazre Asad we should not say “Allah Akbar”. My question is, do we still need to raise our right hand when we reach hajre aswad or we should not do anything?

ANSWER: You should not do anything.

Sheikh I want to ask that my mother wants to go to hajj with her sister and brother-in-law Age of my mother is 62 years, her sister’s age is 60 years and her brother in law’s age is 65 years And the brother in law already performed hajj twice So is this permissible for her to go with these two

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible as her brother in law is not her mahram and the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prohibited for a Muslim woman to travel without a male mahram of her own, even for hajj.
